Clump

Cave-men Clump and Nad are raiding a Pterodactyls nest for eggs, unaware that the mother Pterodactyl is on its way back to the nest with a human “catch”, a young woman called Mamree. Seeing its nest being raided from a distance, the Pterodactyl drops Mamree into the ocean and chases Clump and Nad away.

Clump vows never to hunt with Nad again after such a close call, and he tries hunting by himself. While trying out a new invention, the fishing rod, Clump inadvertently snags Mamree. When she comes to, she believes Clump had been ogling her and makes it clear that she will not stand for any of that. She recalls that in the struggle with the Pterodactyl, her amulet had got caught on one of its talons, and she is determined to go and retrieve it. Clump and Nad are strangely attracted by the new arrival, and forget their past dispute as they follow her on her dangerous endeavour.
