In the Year 2050 A.D., NESAS, a military foundation, threatens peace on Earth with its dreadful nuclear weapons and evil intentions. The World's sole hope is Green Frontier, a United Agency for world peace, is organized to protect the Earth from NESAS' conspiracy tof taking over the world.

Preparing for war, NESAS begins training young pilots with superior A.I to fight against the seemingly invincible Run=Dim. Juno, a first class A.I pilot among his colleagues, and Kanna, his partner at NESAS, are attracted to each other but they always fight with each other analogous to a cat and dog. At the same time, NESAS is devloping its hidden weapon E4, a terrible nuclear missile with the ability to turn the Earth into dust.

Led by Captain Kang, an ace pilot of Run=Dim who has advance A.I (Accurate Intuition), an extraordinary type of mental power, Green Frontier faces its fiercest battle yet.
