When Troy, Tristan and Ricky agreed to spend the summer break with their estranged workaholic father, the last thing they expected was to be left alone in his apartment on the very first day of their vacation, while he completes his final work shift.

Forced to entertain themselves due to their boredom, the Teens enjoy a childish and voyeuristic game of eye spy on their unsuspecting neighbors with a video camera. Unfortunately when they accidentally witness and expose a serial killer in action, they must then find some way to prove their suspicions to the police before they themselves become the killer's next victims.
