The Heysen Trail is a 1,200 km walking trail in South Australia that extends from Cape Jervis, on the rugged south coast of the Fleurieu Peninsula, to Parachilna Gorge, in the Flinders Ranges.
Television host Troy Gray treks the journey with 14 inspiring individuals and a host of sporting and media personalities.
The trail passes through a wide range of environments including spectacular Australian coasts and sea-cliffs, conservation parks, state forests and rural landscapes. There are also outback gorges and rangelands, and acclaimed tourist destinations, including the Barossa Valley and Wilpena Pound.
